HOOKING,ROUGHING,CROSS CHECKING,TRIPPING,GOALIE INTERFERENCE,INTERFERENCE,UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT
Here are some rules that will get you a 5 minute penalty:
FIGHTING,ROUGHING
