Rules

The Black Sheep rules of conduct on the mat are as follows:
Always show respect to your opponent,the opposing coaches and the referee; who is to be addressed as Mr.Official if addressed at all.
Shake opposing corners hand after every match, regardless of outcome.
Go directly to your match coach aka "me".
Don't complain about referees calls ..this is part of life and our sport. Sometimes you catch a break sometimes you don't. Don't say I wasn't pinned.. get off your back and the referee won't have to make that call.
Any unsportmanlike conduct can result in your expulsion from these tournaments and will result in disciplinary action from your coach...I expect you to be mad or disappointed in defeat,deal with it in private.
We are to conduct ourselves with pride,dignity and honor. I expect you to act like men...I know you won't let me or yourselves down.

Black Sheep Wrestlers,
I am excited about my Gold Medal Training Camp coming to Georgia! I have
been conducting camps for over 15 years and work hard to provide an awesome learning and training environment for our wrestlers. I strongly encourage you to take advantage of this awesome opportunity!
Your coach Don Calabrese has been invited to join our coaching staff for our week of camp in Georgia. We have many applicants for all our camps and we have a thorough screening and interview process. Don's knowledge and passion for helping young people shined through. I also received a few very strong recommendations from many Black Sheep parents as well as other GA coaches.
You are fortunate to have Don as your personal coach.
Don will be one of many coaches giving individualized feedback to our campers. You will meet many great coaches. The combination of dedicated coaches and campers at our camp, make this a must attend camp for you. Clinicians joining us at camp will include Nate Carr, Wade Schalles, and
other successful coaches and wrestlers.

Don,
We would be glad to help your Black Sheep reduce cost of camp. They can have
25% discount as commuters. They could come in the morning and have lunch at
the hotel with overnight campers. Then parents could meet them for dinner
after work and watch evening session before taking them home. Plus, if you
will organize a group of 8 or more kids and collect applications and mail
together by May 10, we will give each wrestler an additional $50 discount.
If you get 12 kids together, we'll go $75 off each. If you have a dedicated
boy who simply still cannot afford camp, let us know and we can consider
additional aid.
Don we offered you the job because we want you on board and believe you will
be an asset. I know you will bust your butt to help the kids. Keep in mind
that many good coaches are glad to receive R&B to be at camp and improve
their coaching methods and skills. It is a free coaching vacation.

many more Georgians so you can positively impact more kids.
