I want to thank JR, Matt, James, Jeremy, Watan and Andrew for helping with in the community on Saturday. I know the individual you helped was very grateful for all the help you guys provided. I am proud of all six of you stepping up in such short notice and helping out someone you didn't even know.

Hi everyone, with wrestling season right around the corner we will again be having open mat from 6-8 on Sunday nights. All wrestlers of any age and skill level are encouraged to come and participate. Please enter the side doors by the weight/wrestling room(#27)around 5:45 if you are attending.
