Saturday, Jan 23, 7:00 – 8:00 a.m. (Singlet)

Coaches Meeting: 8:40 a.m. SHARP
Wrestling Begins: 9:00 a.m. Approximately
Cost: $15.00 Non-Refundable
Location: Helias High School, 1305 Swifts Highway, Jefferson City, MO

Registration: Entries must be received by January 14, 2010. USA card numbers must be on entry form with Ranking (see below). WRESTLERS AGE AS OF January 1, 2010 WILL DETERMINE AGE GROUP
ABSOLUTELY NO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

General Admission: $3.00 Adult/$1.00 student; 6 years & under free

Tournament Format: Bullpen will be used for 6, 8, 10, 12 year olds. Medals Awarded 1st - 4th place. Weights may be combined where a small number of entries exist. 8 man brackets - Double elimination/Round Robins

Match Periods: 6, & 8, year olds (1-1-1) 10, 12 & 15 year olds (1 ½ - 1 ½ - 1 ½)
Overtime Periods (Sudden Death – 30 seconds per MSHAA Rules) 1 hr rest period not in effect.

Weight Classes: TBD
Rules: 2 coaches permitted at mat side. If this is not adhered to, wrestler may be penalized.
Security: Security personnel will enforce above rules.
Refreshments: Breakfast and lunch will be served in the cafeteria. Snacks also available.

TRI-CAP WRESTLING (coaches and members), HELIAS HIGH SCHOOL, HELIAS STAFF, AND ALL TOURNAMENT WORKERS INVOLVED WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR THEFT OF ITEMS AT THIS EVENT.

Directions: From Highway 50, take Jefferson Street SOUTH to Swifts Highway, follow Swifts Highway to Helias High School. From Highway 54, take Jefferson Street next to McKay Buick. Turn left on Stadium Drive to Helias High School on right.
